Born and raised in Houston, Kristi Destouet is a Project Manager at TGE, licensed in multiple environmental disciplines across several states. After streamlining her way through Texas A&M in just three years, she joined the company at the age of 21. She started her role as a Phase I due diligence inspector, having never flown on a plane, and has since made her way from Texas to Alaska, Florida, California, and quite a few places in between as well as expanded her knowledge to encompass Phase II soil and groundwater testing and becoming a licensed authority for asbestos and Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials (NORM) among a myriad of other accomplishments. In her current role, she primarily consults on mold issues and manages indoor air quality (IAQ) projects.
With her obvious drive, it may not come as a surprise that her personal motto is carpe diem – but she embraces complete spontaneity while making the most of her day. If you manage to find her not working, Kristi might be at the gym, cleaning, reading, or traveling and exploring to learn about new people, different cultures, and nature.
