Mr. Sepich has 5 decades of experience as a civil and environmental engineer, including extensive design and expert witness experience. His education includes a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois, 1970.  He is a life member of the American Society of Civil Engineers; he holds several U.S. patents related to soil gas control.
