Asbestos & Mold Industrial Hygiene Consultant – Immediate Openings

TGE Resources, Inc. (TGE) seeks a State of Texas Licensed Asbestos Professional and Licensed Mold Assessment Consultant to join our Built Environment/Building Sciences Industrial Hygiene team in Houston, Texas. You will be a key person in planning, executing, and supporting a diverse book of business in the field and office setting; typical duties may involve:

Asbestos & Microbial Inspection & Assessment

Built Environment Project Management, Design & Planning

Remediation Compliance Management & Reporting

Industrial Hygiene & Worker Exposure Assessment & Corrective Action

Real Estate Due Diligence Assessment – Phase I & II ESAs

Radiation Safety Program Implementation & Management

Environmental Compliance Auditing & Monitoring

Preferred Qualifications

  • Asbestos Individual Consultant Licensee
  • Mold Assessment Consultant Licensee
  • Advanced Credentials in IH & Safety a plus
  • B.S. or B.A. Science Degree
  • Experience – 3 to 5+ years
  • Effective communication & professional interpersonal skills
  • Presents with high ethical standards & willingness to learn
  • Capability to plan, coordinate, schedule, problem solve and track multiple projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • ARC/GIS Drafting Capability a plus
