Profile
Ms. Jan Michalek
manages real estate due diligence assessments including staff training and coordination
and development of this service offering. Ms. Michalek
has over twelve years of experience in real estate assessments for industrial, multi-use warehouse, commercial, and multi-family properties.
Ms. Michalek is also charged with asbestos management, indoor environmental quality monitoring, compliance assessments, and wetlands determination, mitigation, and permitting. Her responsibilities also include technical research, project management, technical review, and client coordination/communication. She also
directs and performs numerous environmental real estate packaged assessments (multiple site packages) for clients involved in corporate
mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Michalek offers technical guidance during interpretation of complex site historical data and regulatory database
information. Her expertise in wetlands/endangered species consulting, as well as NEPA project management, add depth to her assessment experience and TGE's expertise.
