Profile
Ms. Christina Rosilez has a wide array of field, technical, and managerial experience
in initiation and completion of numerous Environmental Site Assessments
(ESAs), compliance audits, asbestos surveys, and indoor air quality surveys across the U.S.
She gained her
knowledge through dedicated investigation of multi-story office buildings, industrial warehouse distribution facilities, operating heavy industrial facilities, retail shopping centers, and landfill redevelopment parcels as well as vacant land. Her expertise
is in complex historical research review, compliance audits, and identification of
environmental conditions encompassing potential, current, and past concerns.
Ms. Rosilez is also
licensed in mold/fungus assessment testing (inclusive of writing specifications for mold abatement projects) and asbestos inspection within commercial, industrial, multi-family and healthcare settings.
Her activities in the indoor air quality industry include coordination with subcontractors, communication with clients, and performance of
post-remedial testing following gross removal of material.
She has also participated in conferences/training programs specific to the indoor air quality industry.
Ms. Rosilez functions as field and report manager for
strict implementation of the ASTM standards, multi-media compliance audits, and performance of comprehensive pre-demolition asbestos surveys.
She lends technical guidance during interpretation of complex site historical data and regulatory database
information.
She is an integral element in the quality assurance process of deliverables (reports) and documentation prepared by TGE
Resources.
