Profile
Ms. Barnette has greater than thirteen years of technical experience in a wide range of environmental disciplines through
the completion of numerous field studies, investigations, and remedial actions
both across the U.S. and internationally. Her extensive level of expertise has been garnered through project management and field supervision of all phases of various projects at commercial and industrial facilities (retail fuel stations, bulk fuel terminals, dry cleaners, shopping malls, electrical generation plants, manufacturing plants, oil/gas production facilities, healthcare facilities, landfills, and multi-story office buildings).
Her expertise in the
field includes subsurface investigations for contamination involving soil and
groundwater; underground/aboveground storage tank management, site characterization, environmental investigations, remediation, and closure; real estate assessments for commercial and industrial sites; management of soil and groundwater remediation under the TCEQ’s Texas Risk Reduction Program and Voluntary Cleanup Program.
